Due to this growth in our Berlin Office we are looking to add a Senior Recruitment Consultant on our Life Sciences Contracts Desk under our EPM Scientific brand.
Phaidon International brand, EPM Scientific focuses on placing contractors within the Quality Assurance, Medical Devices and Tech, Pharma, Regulatory Affairs and Medical and Clinical functions across the Life Sciences on a contract / freelance basis.
EPM Scientific partners with organisations and proactively tracks the top talent in the market, securing the best talent for their clients-the most prestigious life sciences companies in the world across verticals such as: Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices and Medical Technology.
We opened our Berlin office last January and it was the most successful opening in Phaidon's history, we are now at 30 people (and 18 Languages)and looking to be at 100 pax across the DACH region by the end of 2021.
In line with this expansion there is an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our contract desk on EPM Scientific in Berlin and fast track their career- including the ability to earn equity in addition to an industry leading commission structure, a quick path to directorship and international relocation opportunities.
The opportunity here is all about proving yourself with billings to establish credibility then fast-tracking you to build out a team. We are all about owning your own desk (BD, speculative sends, referrals and relationships) and supporting you to grow a successful team below you.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience recruiting Life Sciences Professionals on a Contract/Freelance basis within DACH.
You can be in Germany or looking to relocate from the UK or within the EU as long as you are business fluent in English AND German
In this role, you will be person number 2 on the ground for this brand and have the opportunity to physically see the impact of your contribution to the business and it's culture all while receiving competitive pay and uncapped commission!
