“I joined Phaidon in September 2010, it was a little daunting or very exciting. As with most sales roles, my journey has had ups and downs. This is a tough job, through hard work, guidance and a positive attitude, I hit my first
promotion in 6 months. I have since then been promoted a further 8 times, worked in 3 of our brands and had the pleasure of working in 3 of our international offices!
Following this journey, I was recently promoted to Group Executive Director where I am responsible for running the whole of the Asian region for the business.
My favourite thing about the company is the people we are surrounded by alongside the amount of responsibility that I have been given with the entrepreneurial culture. Due to our organic structure managers have been there and done the job that you are doing, this understanding means the training and direction given is both specific and supportive.
