We are pleased to share that Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) named Harry Youtan, CEO, to the 2017 Staffing 100 – a prestigious list of the industry’s most influential figures. This list recognizes the leaders and innovators who are shaping the North American staffing industry and the future of work as a whole.
Youtan’s inclusion on this year’s list is a testament to his incredible leadership over the years, driving the exceptional growth Phaidon International has experienced across the U.S. and internationally.
SIA shared the qualities they believe definite the leaders on this list, “Being a great leader is more than paying attention to your P&L. It is competing, pushing the boundaries of excellence, innovating and inspiring others including your customers to go beyond traditional models of staffing.”
In response to receiving this exciting recognition, Youtan commented, “Being recognized as one of the most influential people in staffing is certainly a great honor – particularly when this year’s list includes individuals both from prestigious staffing firms, as well as those from firms changing industry dynamics, such as the CEO’s of Uber and Lyft. In reality whilst it is my name on the list, the recognition belongs to everyone in the businesses who have worked extremely hard to get to where we are today.”
SIA emphasized the key role these figures play in future of the industry, “In the process of producing revenue, the Staffing 100 honorees will continue to break records, create new models of work, place people in jobs, help legislate and move the world of work forward.”
