Gender Diversity: The Commercial Imperative

​The business case for gender diversity is stronger than ever, but many companies are struggling to ensure women are fairly represented in top management. At Phaidon International, we believe that a truly meritocratic workforce values talent from all backgrounds and that organisations flourish when they embrace diversity. Increasingly, the evidence mounts that gender diversity improves financial performance – yet our study found that few organisations present a business case for gender diversity to their employees and, when they do, they do not support it with evidence; reducing their potential buy-in.
